Beclever Clothing Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Beclever! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible Return, Exchange, and Refund policy as outlined below.
1. Returns
You may return your order for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date, provided it meets the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Original packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please Note: Items on sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns. Refer to product details or contact customer service for clarification.
How to Return:
Email us at support@beclever.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Ship the item back to our return address provided in the confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are different in size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns (see above).
To exchange an item:
Follow the return steps above and specify that you’d like an exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.
Note: If the item for exchange is unavailable, we will provide a full refund or alternative options.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
